Experience
Stephen has been in the finance industry for more than 30 years, with the majority of his career as a commercial lender. He has done loans for small mom and pop businesses, for large sports franchises, and everything in between. He focuses on helping businesses navigate their financial needs by finding solutions to their capital needs, introducing them to market leaders who can assist them grow, and cheering on their successes.
Education
Stephen attended Arizona State University where he studied history and political science. Over the years, he has been to just about every accounting or finance seminar offered on the West Coast.
Industry Knowledge
Stephen has a strong focus on manufacturing, transportation, and professional services. He has worked significantly with contractors, developers and real estate investors. He specializes in financing employee stock ownership plan businesses and financing companies who want to transition to ESOP-owned.
Community
Stephen has a passion for coaching sports, including baseball, softball, hockey, soccer and auto racing. He runs the entire softball organization for Northwest Ada Little League. In addition, he runs a softball club organization that is focused on winning the Little League Softball World Series.
Downtime
When not working, Stephen enjoys time with his wife and three children. He loves to play hockey and coach youth sports.
