A Better Online Banking Experience

Delivering exceptional service to our customers is a core tenet of Northwest Bank. It is fundamental to the very foundation of who we are, and why we are here.

With that in mind, we are excited to share the significant improvements we are making to our online banking services over the next few months.

 

Online Banking for Small Business, Professionals and Individuals

On July 10th, Northwest Bank will upgrade the online banking services used by our small business, professional and individual customers. With these improvements, they will experience online banking through a more modern and intuitive design enabling the use of banking services they depend on every day.

Logging on to the system will change a bit (Use the “Online Banking” tab in the Log On screen, and make sure you know your username and password), using Bill Pay will be simpler and more integrated with Single Sign On (SSO), and it will be easier to manage your experience with the new Profile tools.

 

Commercial Online Banking for Corporate Customers Using Treasury Management Services

Also on July 10th, our corporate customers will start using the Commercial Online Banking tab in the Log On screen to sign into their accounts.

From early November through early February, we will move our corporate customers who utilize Treasury Management services such as online ACH and wire transfers to a new and more robust commercial online banking platform. They will experience significant and positive changes including stronger security, Single Sign On for services, intuitive and flexible account management, customized and convenient reporting, self-management for setting user access and auditing alerts, intuitive administration, and better online support.

Customer accounts will be moved in phases, and more information will be communicated as we get closer each customer’s conversion date to ensure they are ready.

 

Mobile Banking for All Customers

Also, this fall, we will introduce Northwest Bank Mobile apps for both of our online banking products, enabling secure access to your accounts, and rich capabilities to get things done anytime and anywhere.
