Initially sign on with a temporary USER ID which is your new account number. Your temporary password is the last 4 digits of your social security number.

You will be prompted to change your USER ID to an ID of your choice. Note which case you use when entering your password as this field is case-sensitive. Your password must be between 6 nd 10 characters in length and must include: 1 alpha character, 1 numeric character, and 1 special character (ie. using your shift key - !, @, #, $, *, etc.). You can place these in any order or combination that you choose.
