Mr. Krauthoefer held several positions spanning 38 years at U.S. Bank, including Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer of Corporate Credit Risk Management, Northwest Region, as well as Senior Vice President and Team Leader in the Commercial Banking Division.
Karen Fornshell

Karen's banking experience included serving in a variety of leadership positions primarily in Regional Banking, including working with a team to build a bank form start-up to maturity, and most recently for a large Regional Bank serving as Manager of the Professional Banking business for the Northwest. This experience provides Karen a unique perspective in banking, enabling her to successfully serve clients at various levels of their life and business cycles. Karen is a graduate of the University of Portland, serves as Immediate Past-Chair of Metropolitan Family Service, Board Member for Mt. Angel Abbey, is a member of the Arlington Club and serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for the College of Urban Studies at Portland State.

Burns Bros., Inc. is involved in commercial real estate development through its Argyle Capital LLC subsidiary, and also owns a consumer products company called SCC, which markets products internationally for transportation and industry.

A former director of Providence Child Care Center, Mr. Sonnenberg is also the former Chairman of Western Seminary and President of Western Association of Fastener Distributors.

Mr. Pringle is presently a corporate director for four companies and serves on advisory boards for two more. He previously served on the Boards for the former Bank of West One Bank and the former Bank of the Northwest as well as served as the Chairman of a public company board for 10 years.

Ms. Flexer is a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Society of Portland, a board member of the Oregon Health & Science University Foundation and is past chair and founder of the Circle of Giving for the Center for Women’s Health at OHSU for which she currently serves on the executive committee. She also chairs the board of Friends of the Children and is a member of the President’s Council for the College of Urban & Public Affairs at Portland State University.
