Karen Fornshell President and CEO Karen's banking experience included serving in a variety of leadership positions primarily in Regional Banking, including working with a team to build a bank form start-up to maturity, and most recently for a large Regional Bank serving as Manager of the Professional Banking business for the Northwest. This experience provides Karen a unique perspective in banking, enabling her to successfully serve clients at various levels of their life and business cycles. Karen is a graduate of the University of Portland, serves as Immediate Past-Chair of Metropolitan Family Service, Board Member for Mt. Angel Abbey, is a member of the Arlington Club and serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for the College of Urban Studies at Portland State. |

Ms. Flexer is a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Society of Portland, a board member of the Oregon Health & Science University Foundation and is past chair and founder of the Circle of Giving for the Center for Women’s Health at OHSU for which she currently serves on the executive committee. She also chairs the board of Friends of the Children and is a member of the President’s Council for the College of Urban & Public Affairs at Portland State University. |
