Northwest Bank is pleased to welcome Tom Lee and Randy Sell, who have recently joined Northwest Bank's team.

  Tom comes to Northwest Bank with 20 years of commercial lending experience, the last 13 years in a community bank setting. Tom earned his degree in Economics from the University of Washington and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. A native Oregonian, Tom is a member of the Central Eastside Industrial Council and RMA (Risk Management Association).  
  Randy Sell serves as Senior Vice President and Manager of Private Banking. Randy represents many years of Portland area banking experience with a wide range of industry skills ranging from emerging to large regional banks and a concentrated focus on commercial and private banking services. Sell is a native Oregonian and a graduate of Oregon State University. He is an active member of the community, including board and service membership in the St. Andrew’s Legal Clinic, University Club, and current Board Chair of the Portland Parks Foundation; and had previous board and service affiliations with Waverly Children’s Home, past-Board Chair of Trillium Family Services, Oregon Ethics in Business, YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, and Loaves & Fishes.
